hassle-free, free returns process makes it easy to send items back.
How to Return an Item
We now offer free tracked returns through Evri with two convenient options:
Option 1: Evri ParcelShop Return (No Printer Needed)
- Visit evri.com/return-a-parcel
- Select Upper Street Home from the list of retailers
- Choose ParcelShop return and complete the online form
- Take your parcel to your local Evri ParcelShop
- Scan the QR code on the Print In-Store device and follow the instructions
- Attach the printed label and hand your parcel to the store staff
✅ No printer required – your label is printed in-store.
Option 2: Evri Home Collection (Printer Required)
- Visit evri.com/return-a-parcel
- Select Upper Street Home from the retailer list
- Choose Courier collection and complete the form
- Your label will be emailed to you
- Print and attach the label to your parcel
- A courier will collect your parcel from home at your convenience

Returns Conditions
We are confident you will love our products, but if for any reason you need to return an item, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your order (starting from the day after delivery).
Once you’ve notified us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item. Returns within mainland UK and the Channel Islands are free.
All returns must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unworn or unused
- With all original tags and in original packaging
Items received back that are not in a resalable condition or appear used will be returned to you.
We recommend returning items using a courier or tracked postal service and retaining your tracking number until your refund is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalised items
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note it may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
