Description
Loose leaf tea for one, without getting a teapot out. The Skandi Home Aska is a large Ocean Teal infuser mug, holding 600ml, with a removable stainless steel infuser and a matching ceramic lid.
How the Ocean Teal infuser mug works
Drop your leaves into the stainless steel infuser, pour over hot water and pop the lid on to keep the heat in while it brews. When it is ready, lift the infuser out and rest it on the upturned lid so it does not drip on the table.
It works just as well for herbal infusions, fresh mint or ginger, and without the infuser it is simply a generous everyday mug for any hot drink.
The glaze
The Ocean Teal reactive glaze is a blue green that shifts between deeper teal and lighter sea tones, so no two mugs are quite the same.
Pairs well with
It matches the Nord teal butter dish and Solen teal condiment set, and the Aska also comes in sage green, sea green and navy.
